why not, c we r expressing our feelings in the form of celebrations ,and nobody have a rights to control the feelings which are not harmful to somebody right whether it is v day r f day whatever it may be. |
Of course but grading system is good rather than allotting the marks ,in grading up to 5 marks it will not effect anything i mean grading intervals,so sometime it may advantage for somebody some times not ,so better to fallow grading system. |
