I dont think so, but it is a possibility that american industry will be more or less take a hit.First of all if we look at the bulk of Indians working in a BPO,it will be almost impossible for American MNC's to generate such huge bulk of skilled...
One of the reason could be Lack of recognition in the HR department itself. Another reason I think is the money. Money is the main motivator for anyone. Don't you think the HR professionals are paid less than others ?? Why are they underpaid ??

To me experience counts than the tools as one should also have decent amount of experience to know how to use those tools effectively,, so one needs to have more experience than to know how to use the tools.
