Manoj...... amazing debate....... Yes nowadays we are losing our mother tongue. Especially the children, they speak only English and hesitates to speak their mother tongue. This is all the parents fault who don't teach them their mother tongue....

I do agree money is a motivational factor but when it come to money or respect I would prefer respect. Anyone can earn money today but earning respect is very difficult. So try to earn respect then everything will fall in your way....... :)
