Shree Bose, Naomi Shah and Lauren Hodge were chosen winners among top 15 finalists at Google science fair. It was a girl power show perhaps. They were awarded for there deep thinking and unique solutions. Whree Bose won in the 17-18 age group. She won 50,000 dollar scholarship and an internship opportunity at the prestigious Geneva-based CERN institute. This draft bill seems to lack wider perspective of the situation. One or two sporadic incidents may happen in a system. Law maker can not generalise it and draft a bill or law to contain such incidents. There other ways to control such incidents....
