This answer is with my personal experience from relocation to India and keeping it simple and straight for a job search - bear in mind, if a NRI is returning back with family (wife and kids) it is more fun and complex strategy!!! NRI returning...

Absolutely no. Uniforms should not be allowed even in the schools is what I feel. Whatever be the economic strata of an individual, they must be allowed to express their personalities through their attire. And yes, this is a silly topic to discuss.

childern are immature and they don't know what is right and wrong so school uniform give him no discrimnation but in profesional life everyone is mature so if uniform will not give any effect on the cunning mind or ur colleages.
