Manager and responsible for QA and Complince activities in all the Projects in the Kingdom. I also associate with SGS SA as  Freelance auditor for QMS & EMS auditing. Our company''s core activity is Airport Construction and we also undertake Infrastructure Projects. I could gain some skills like Works Management, Re engineering, Team Building, Training, QMS Auditing and Documentation and marketting of Micro Process based Control equipment from my previous experience.

Responsible for the total operation of the plant. As a technical member of the purchase team  responsible for technical evaluation of bids and contract administartion of all project. Champoned energy conservation activities in the plant and near by schools. Augmented R&D efforts through delegation, networking and promoting team culture. Re enginered the production operation from a labour intencive to automated one and enchanced the production capacity from 350 MT per day to 650 TPD. and KFL became the largest feed factory on a single site in INDIA. Turnaround the loss making company (during 2001) to a profitmaking company (during 2004) and ultimately a divident declared Public sector company.

Responsible for Divisional operation and Quality Assurance. Started the concept of Quality Circle and won awards in State, National and International arenas. Responsible for Environment preservation activities and waste reduction.
