Champoned energy conservation activities in the plant and near by schools. Augmented R&D efforts through delegation, networking and promoting team culture. Re enginered the production operation from a labour intencive to automated one and enchanced the production capacity from 350 MT per day to 650 TPD. and KFL became the largest feed factory on a single site in INDIA.
