PROJECTS Client: HIV/AIDS Alliance India Location: Jaipur/Delhi Duration: 3 Months Team Size: 10 Platform/Os Used: Windows XP (x86) with Service Pack 3, Windows Vista (x86 and x64) with Service Pack 2, Windows 7 (x86 and x64), Net Framework 3.5 or 3.5 SP1, IIS 6.0 or IIS 7.0, Database, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 Express Edition, Supported Architectures: 32-Bit (x86) and 64-Bit (x64) Languages/Tools Used: Dot Net Description: Monitoring and Evaluation (M and E) is a key component of the Pehchan (Global Fund Rd.-9) project. The on-going monitoring system is based on the various records and registers, which are maintained at the Sub-Sub-Recipient (SSR) and Sub-Recipient (SR) level and data is reported through appropriate format to SRs and then to PR. There is a plan to monitor and track the status of each and every client till the end of project duration for effective program. Therefore, CMIS software is planned to introduce in the Pehchan (Rd.-9 MSM) MIS system to track and record the information over the time period. All together 200 SSRs, 6 SRs and Alliance India will be the users, and a total of not less than 453,000 clients data would be stored in the database. The software should have both offline and online data entry option and the output should be available through a web form. The following are the specific objectives for developing the software: . To collect and track the information of every client regularly and maintain a proper database to monitor the progressive status of the Client (Clients are Community based people whose data is tracked by Alliance as a part of this initiative) as well as the inputs/ services received under the project; and . To develop an effective and standard database at central level that can be used for the longer duration and simplify the Pehchan M and E recording system. Designed and implemented complex database architecture; implemented strategies for database high availability and scalability. Analyze Database production environments, identify areas of improvement on normalization, data access times, prepare improvement plans and assist development teams in subsequent impact analysis. Mapping of test cases against the requirement documents using Traceability Matrix. Proficient in Functionality Testing, Black Box Testing, System Testing, Integration Testing, and Regression Testing. Create quality plan and present to / review with stakeholders. Plan and conduct reviews, lessons learned sessions and tracking of action items. Ensure compliance of project execution and deliverables with methodology and guidelines. Facilitated UAT with the stakeholders and the business users. Support project manager with execution of Change and Defect Management. Assessment of production readiness. Definition, monitoring and reporting of software quality.
