Production process designing from YAZAKI CORPORATION. (Nimmi - JAPAN) May 2010. Autocad, EXCEL, Power Point, PPT. 2 years Position : Assistant Manager (Process Designer) Work Profile : To drive improvement in productivity related activities at Shop floor using lean manufacturing (JIT and 5S, Standardized work.) Prepare Manufacturing layout during setup (Like Cell concept, process or product layout, Process flow design as per machine capacity Load distribution and Manpower calculation). WIP reduction with Single piece flow system (WIP reduced by 8 lacks/day (5 days to 3 days inventory). To prepare Scientific Work measurement with six forms of TPS (Sequence Operation Sheet, Element Instruction Sheet, Standardized Work Chart, Work Load distribution, Production Capacity Sheet.) Organizing of Kaizen event (Internal Quality circle competitions, QCFI etc). To take Motto and 5S audit weekly basis. To conduct training to shop floor operator for better quality and process oriented output. Preparing training material to develop awareness of TPS among employee. Communicate with Board member for improvement aspect. Handling of CFT (30 Members Staff level) as a team leader. Team Leader May 2010 to feb 2011. 30 47% inventory reduction (8 Lacks/day) in throughout plant. Inventory reduction in R/M Store and Supplier Packing Standard Team Leader Dec 2010 to Feb 2011 15 53% raw material Inventory reduction commonization, Visual Identification Making of cell layout. Team Leader March 2011 to August 2011 10 20% Space reduction at shop floor and 90% Movement reduce. Line Balancing and Work Distribution in Pre and Final Assembly Area. Team Leader Oct 2010 to Jan 2011. 10 50% Manpower reduction, Output increased by 95% Efficiency level. HANDLEs ALL PROJECT DURING PROJECT STAGE. 2nd rank in KAIZEN ACMA FEST ALL INDIA LEVEL. Best Kaizen of the 2012 year awarded by TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR MOTORS (Pune Region). | ||
