I agree to this, we should focus on villages. Our metros are getting too much of fund, but there are 80% of population lives in tier 2 cities, towns and vilages , unless there is no devleopment in villages we can not dream anything big.
Vinay Tamboli  |  Supported idea  "New investments in education and infrastructure development"  |  2 years ago
Yes I totally agree, its wonderfull to see India growing smart, but apart from some well known organizations lack of development in Infrastructure  basic needs is big worry especially as deep you go in villages. For becoming a superpower we need...

Zaheer I support you. What you said is true, today's generation are playing with the technology. So there is no use sicking to a company where you cannot show your full potential. So it is better to shift jobs to prove yourself and your skills.

I do not think there is any so called Best or Worst Job exists, its just a mind set. Any survey cannot predict which a best or worst job is. Most of the time job satisfaction is attributed to money what we earn, but it’s not really true in my opinion....

Gratification is the only solution to retain employees. Salaries are the base of an employee being satisfied. So what you mention is quite right. :)
