Keep sweet cravings at bay for a healthier life The festival season just ended and all of us have loaded ourselves with lots and lots of sweets. This is satisfying and good at first but then the after effects can make us feel terrible. Here are few tips on 'after fest diet' 1. Control your sweet cravings and brush your teeth when you feel like having sweets. 2. Eat fruits , loads of them. 3. Get throught the guilt of eating and this will do a super trick which you cannot even imagine. 4. Excercise a bit 5. Drink lots of water 6. Have juices or nuts when hungry at work. and last do not even check out pictures of delicious sweets or you will end up having some.
