I have a friend who is animal activist and have come to know about this fact from her. The breed dogs which you see were exported in the past. Later the male and female breed dogs were breed ( made to mate ) on purpose to sell their pups ( for high rates ) to anyone who has the money to buy. These people who buy the pup for their good looks and cuteness later abandon them. Since they are sold to anyone with money, they don’t get if the buyer would take good care of the pets or not.
