Individual's capacity It may not be a big thing that x-MS employees have founded 15 startups. There are several Indian companies who nurtured entrepreneurs. The main thing is an individual who thinks about venturing out new things. The attitude, zeal, confidence, financial backing and of-course industry & tech knowledge matters most. Definitely x-MS (or for that matter, any giant) would be a credibility point. |

I mean these are the employees who have worked with the company for a long time, and they will be knowing how the technology is evolving at the moment and if they think some application or a tool in the internet will do really good, then employees will go for it, and the only difficult part is explaining this to a VC, and if the VC is convinced then rest assured is a successfull venture at hand, and the satisfaction of being your own boss..... |
