Everyone in India really needs to work hard so that the future generations can enjoy the country's success. India cannot afford to have an easy work culture now..

 Former SAP India head Ranjan Das, 42 and Reliance Industries' Executive Director Ravimohan, 52, and then Future Group CEO Raghu Pillai  at an age of 54 all have died untimely deaths.. All because of the typr of lifestyles they have. Not only CEOs but all of us are at risk of having bad health because  of the kind of lifestyle we are living. So how to redcce the harm done??

Do not over do things. human body has its limits and we need to understand that. If we don't understand this we are going to be in great trouble. Pushing the body beyond limit cannot do any good.

The corporate style of living is indirectly a mechanical life style which can be understood at the end of the life. The success in this direction is that of ego and not life. Many people feel confident that they can overcome health problem because they earned money but indirectly making their body an experimental field for doctors. So come out from the false ego and take care of the health by following good health tips.

Thanks,Diya for referral.I am really shocked to learn about the untimely death of Raghu Pillai. I will write obituary for him very shortly. I coined this idea that the people at helm should realize that their tight schedule is taking toll and the sooner they recognize the better it is.

I agree with Mr Kadal.The overdrive generates faster wear and tear.It is too late by the time,it dawns on.

Life style change is doing havoc in the health of Indians. How to reverse this trend? A good question with no tangible answers. We shall start valuing our own Indian culture. Live a life of satisfaction than with one full of insatiable hunger. This hunger to have more drives everyone crazy and makes him run faster. Ultimately he looses steam soon and kicks the bucket.

"Reviewing your goals..... was impossible to achieve" - is the root cause of the malady. This in turn can be called over ambitious, always trying to achieve and attain some thing with nil satisfaction. With this in mind, one can never balance life and work. In fact one can never balance both if he tries to do so. One has to make work as part of his life, not two separate identities.

Work-Life balance is the most important element of success in life. No one is expected by mother nature to sacrifice one's happiness in expectation of future success, whereas it is rather more desirable to work diliginatly and at the same time enjoy life as well. It is better to discourage over-doing in any field, but just try to do what is logically required and appears reasonable and at the same time comfortable for you at any point of time.

If you cannot balance your life, by self control, let your mobile, tab, or ipod be the reminding alarm... make note of time sensitive activities, and adhere to the alarms set on daily levels . (Alarm can be set for all times within 5 minuites, so pls don't give me that, who'll-do-it-daily look!)

If you set an alarm and start working to complete within the time, then one will get tensed more and the situation will become bad. Work shall become part of life, not a separate entity in life. You can not compartmentalize life as work, home, another home, friends etc.

Its all time managment you need to spare time for yourself to get rid of work tension and relax. Except your life style must be moulded looking in to your health aspects also.Except all this you must not forget your social and family responsiblities.

Tension your body and mind at work and relax at home.... is a wrong way of life. One can make one's work tension free / minimal by properly planning and following ethical way of work. The work also shall be enjoyable. Else, the home also will become a hell / cell
