Usually in all the Campus selection process, the aptitude (or written) test is organized. In this section, on what basis they used to do shortlisting of candidates (If there is no -ve marking). I mean whether on accuracy or total no. of marks. Suppose I have scored 13 out of 20, with 100% accuracy and someone has scored 15 out of 20 but with 75% accuracy (i.e. 5 Q. wrong).

Which one will be considered as better result ?

And who will be shortlisted for the next round ???

According to me, Accuracy should get privilege. Also there should be some (minimum) cut-off marks.

Thanks for your suggestion Gargi. I have posted the same in debate too.

In Debate people will say their opinions . But I want to know about, what actually happens in the placement. What the companies and HR's prefer ???

Yes, we should help needy ones. But you should not help those, who you know will definitely try to destroy/disturb you after recovery.
There is no need to help them, who are planning (actually not only planning but they are doing activities) to harm India. Its like feeding milk to a snake. They(Pakistanis) are not going to change. What we could do, we could have used that money to...
I do think, it's better to do certification in Unix/Linux. Coz in Industry you are going to work on LINUX only..... And professionals for Linux (SUN SOLARIES RHCE) in more demand.
