Accuracy more important than total no of problems solved

According to me, Accuracy should get privilege. Also there should be some (minimum) cut-off marks. |

Thanks for your suggestion Gargi. I have posted the same in debate too.
In Debate people will say their opinions . But I want to know about, what actually happens in the placement. What the companies and HR's prefer ???
