Hi All, Sharing a part my experience of what i have learned so far from Agile software development process.
Its all about three words Iteration,Communication and adeptive.Its about challenges the whole team to stay continuously synchronized within very short Iteration cycles.Breaking requirements into small small stories. The word story is very important here which drives the agile process. Story Driven approach
