What i make out from you question, you are looking to register a design. In that case you need to resigtar your design under The Industrial Designs Act 2000. The registration can be done from any of the The Intellectual Property offices in India, locally better known as Boudhik Sampada Bhaban. You will find these offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai and Ahmedabad, Kolkata being the head office of Patents and Industrial Designs. Having practised as an IPR Attorney for the last 3 years i can refer to you some good attorney.
