Sometimes responsibility is taken based on the circumstances in which you find yourself. The circumstances are the cause of your actions. We respond as victims when circumstances are the driving force in the work environment and in the choices we make.

As leaders in the corporate the management wants you to give ideas and suggestions for the organization development or implementation of strategies. Responsibility is the recognition that as a leader you are able to develop new and better circumstances, it’s a choice we make.
