According to the survey it was observed that 76% of the people believe in warranty when they buy high end goods they need a certain assurance that if something happens to the goods it would be replaced or repaired with no fees charged.

People do not prefer up selling of products to them is done they would prefer rather no to buy from that particular store.

Cold calls

According to a telephonic survey it was believed that telephonic calls are the most irritating instrument way to ask your customers. Even people believe that it is the misuse of telephones itself. And almost all the deals that are done through cold calls are not converted.
