B.S.C. is a management tool that equally prioritize Customer satisfaction, Internal Business Processes, learning and growth (training) and the financial aspects. Training is not confined to front line managers. All irrespective of their hierarchy shall get periodical training which ultimately transform the organisation into a learning organisation. Customer satisfaction is one of the goals. Internal Business Processes is inclusive of cost cutting measures. Ofcourse, the most important is financial aspect to be taken care. |
