This idea is the perfect one. We should always have a positive attitude. We should never think that we can only learn from the people who are very rich or too high in position, sometimes even a little kid could give you a big lesson. This very line have helped me to always try somthing diffrent and develop never give up attitude. Most of the times things looking impossible become possible when someone attempts. as in life every problem got a solution to it and one only needs to concentrates in its moves to get it solved. To eliminate such waste the path is defined to start any activity like Planning, Organizing, Staffing, Leading & Controlling. If we are doing it in proper defined manner & monitoring of any process stage wise we can get desired out put. The first phase is Planning & if we are ensuring all the things in first phase it self we can eliminate max waste. If every stage is measuring & controlling their out put then rework & waste can minimize & profit of organization can be increased with reduction of cost evolved.
