If your are not able to crack the interview then it means your are lacking some qualities which the companies expect. So try to find it out and develop it. This will help you to get a good job. But normally people don't do this and they blame the company.........

Thanks for the referral Mr.Alex Fernandes.
You are correct and one has to find out what he is lacking and to develop the skill and accumen to win.
I am in total agreement with Alexender on this. One should hon the skills in a perticular field. Once you know you are through there is no way you will not be offered the position if not on the first one then on the second job.
One will rise to the ranks once you think you are working for your self you will rise to the top. Ther is no question of blaming the company since company has called you since they have a requirement. There may be other good candidate hence you are not selected.
It is always good to have an assessment of one's abilities. Now a days there are lot of agencies/consultants who can evaluate you and also advice corrective actions, so it better to be prepared than just go about wasting resources.

It is a problem I am facing thou I am good with academics and Practical application. I am trying to get an unpaid Job experience from a good firm or a company which may help me in making my CV look attractive to HR Managers. Also this will help me know where I stand and correct me on Practical Matters in my field. |

going to interview with a prior preparation helps us to perform better and by exploring our strengths and matching them with the job profile is needed the first and foremost thing is that to be confident there is no excuse if we are not confident

Urvish there are lot of idea for your question. But In this debate i am going personally. If i will be in same situation then i will prefer to be self employed because i have abilities but not able to express himself(As per your point)..... And if don't have enough money or idea then looking for some reference than To join unpaid job.. |

Freshers face mostly very odious music at the interview. The best option is to maintain cool and reply the interviewer properly. |
