Today in this polluted world we are searching for technology which will make us more relax. We say that people are showing interest towards green technologies. So let's move one step further in this platform where we can make a change by knowing different green technologies. I have collected a no of blogs which update regularly about green technology. I am very keen to know which blog according you the best blog (covering green technology). So let put our hand together to make this world, the better world for our generation and for next generation also. Vote and give comments and put new blogs (as i might have missed some) for the best blog and make update ourselves about green technology.

Green CNN "treehugger"

idea posted by Vikram Singh Project Lead, Accenture

"Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is great, but most of those buses are still running on plain old diesel. Diesel-electric hybrid buses are starting to become more popular and they're an improvement, but 100% electric buses would be even better. The Solo EV by UK's Optare is a (small) step in that direction. Read on for more details." is quoted by Green cnn "Treehugger".

It gives fair idea about how things can become eco friendly and which eco friendly or green technology is lunched. It is called the “Green CNN” by many.

Ocean power may be down, but it’s not out. Atlantis Resources, a Singapore-based developer of tidal turbines, said today that it raised $14 million in funding, with Norway’s Statkraft, an energy company, coming on board as a new investor and leading the round. Statkraft put up about half of the round of financing, and joins existing backers including Morgan Stanley, the largest shareholder of Atlantis.

"In the same vein, scientists recently developed a process called electromethanogensis. If you break down the name, you see that the process involves generating methane (natural gas) from electricity. How does this happen? The answer lies in a species of bacteria known as Methanobacterium palustre (see the word “methane” in there?), which is able to chemically reduce carbon dioxide (CO2) into methane (CH4)."

New Solar-Powered Airport Hangar Opens In California

It’s not surprising these days to hear of buildings drawing their power from photovoltaics, but for some reason I still get a kick (or perhaps some hope) everytime something new embraces renewable energy.

I saw this article in the blog:

HI,

Here comes Military aho are also using ecopower.

"The military and air force people are surprisingly doing their share of following an eco-friendly route. To clean their aircrafts, an EcoPower Engine Wash System is something that aids them in doing so. EcoPower builders claim washing the engines will reduce engine fuel burn by as much as 1.2 percent."

India has taken a step for green revolution.

"However, developing heavyweights like India, China and Brazil, seem to have taken a hard stand when it comes to agreeing to the emission cuts they will abide to. And India’s chief climate negotiator, Shyam Saran, said that the developed world should guard itself against green protectionism and must offer greater help to developing nations to deal with their eco-problems."

3E's now. According to Brooks Boliek

"It used to be the three Rs -- reading, 'riting and 'rithmetic -- made us smart. Now it's the three Es -- the economy, energy and the environment. Well they might not make us smart, but they are good arguments for making the electric grid smart."
