There was a time when I was not happy about my body image. This lead to over emotional eating and this in turn had a negative effect on my body image. I becaom fatter. Then my mother told me to look into me. She told me , infact reminded me that how fun loving I was , how carefree and full of life . I was back on track. I knew what made me ME. |

Anita I agree with you but at the same time healthy food habits and exercise will keep the body in shape
offcourse srishti, it is , health is wealth.
Its not just increasing our confidence levels, but inceasing others' confidence on us, esp. the opposite sex.

Improving the body image constantly to maintain our confidence levels. Numerous methods are available to keep the body image. Mr. Muralidharan said it correct, instead of improving the exterior appearance, it is better to improve the image of inner self that will give us the permanent joy.

Our exterior appearance is short-lived! While, its essential to be conscious about the exterior in the fun-filled, jazzy world, we tend to hone our inner self, that will give permanent joy, present you with the facet of appreciation everything and every one around us, without harming any one!

The more healthy is the lifestyle, the better is the body image. Eat healthy foods, do plenty of optimal exercises, socialise with friends and relatives, laugh out loud, love what you do, devote sometime to spiritual activities, help others. A combination of physical as well as spiritual activities gives a good body image |

Above mentioned all things if we will do, definitely we can improve our body image, personality, thinking power, confidence level etc.Always live stress free...it may be difficult to live stress free in this time but if we will try then we can and improve so many things for our body....Thanks Anita madam for referal
