Both are fairly selfish options-'Money' or 'Job Satisfaction'. In search of either, one tends to get restricted to self.

The society today is increasingly heading towards a class of individuals who suffer from tunneling of vision. Not in the medical sense. It is in a manner of speaking that I refer to this issue. The end nearest to you happens to be wider. When we talk of Job Satisfaction we tend to only focus on the satifaction being derived by the person at the job or employed at that job. How do we integrate the 'whole' person with the job? An individual may be exceedingly satified with his performance output, with the money he carries home or with the way the job arena looks up to him for results. Does Job satisfaction end there? Where does an appraiser of job satifaction place this individual's   family,his home or other obligations. My appreciation of the subject that seeking Job or money satisfaction without a higher functional conduct is the domain of a person who is yet to fully develop.
