It is about making consumer believe that the product or service is only meant for them. Kids know McDonald as their place to eat and enjoy. Pizza Hut is known for their fast Pizza home delivery, Volkswagen is known for safety, Aston Martin is known for speed, Hertz is known for best taxi service in the world, and so on. Every product or service is focussed around a best of features(core competency), with continuous commitment to provide value around that feature to make consumers feel that this is created only for them or it elevates them to next level and continuous effort on the part of the organization to get the feedback, brainstorm on them, innovate to improve and implement. |

People recognize some things because of the color which they had. According to a survey done it was concluded that when certain colors were said people started saying the brand's name, one of the colors which was said was red people started relating it to Radio Mirchi, So I came to the conclusion that a brand can be a color.

Kids in my family recognize Mc Donald by the Ronlado that is made on it, if any of its products does not have Ronaldo on it they hardly believe that it belongs to Mc Donald.
