In my opinion they say so because about two-third in U.S. dollar GDP brom BRIC's should come from higher real growth with the balance through currency appreciation. The BRICs’ real exchange rates could appreciate by up to 300% over the next 50 years (an average of 2.5% a year). That means that the US dollar could move downwards from RS 43 to a rupee to around Rs 15
