Now primarily focus on research and training that are not ordinarily offered by the existing universities. Its curricula, pedagogy and evaluation should be innovative and aimed at creating highest quality personnel in cross disciplinary areas. |

Its good to hear the govt. is looking into the right area and putting efforts to create an institution that will be offering academic infrastructure for Phds and other degrees in frontier areas of science and technology. Without such kind of an infrastructure, the country would always lack the ability to develop the latest technology needed for its development. The institution should be given full independence so that there is minimal unwanted influence in its working. Also provisions should be made to promote work with industry participation, so that there is a direct application available for the industry to make use of the innovations made through the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (AcSIR). |

There should be enough funding and proper infrastructure to do research in new fields. EG. energy is one of our future concern. There should be research to find out new sources of energy. Climate change is the another major concern. Astrology, the energy healing and medicine together can make a revolutionary change in health and fitness area. There are many more subjects are there for researches. |
