Do's 1.Listen observe and learn. 2. Be conscious that u r in the primary stage of ur career. 3. Feel free to ask questions that are relevant to any task you are assigned. 4. Be Dependable it helps furtherance of ur career. Don'ts 1.Do not criticize fellow workers it looks unprofessional and leaves you wide open to manipulations. 2. Distance ur self from negative thoughts and people who speread negative thoughts. 3. Don't jump to conclusions about colleagues character without studying them |

I woul also like to add:
1] to ensure that there is no communication gap with a view to avoid confusion
2] delegate responsibility to down the line to enhance the success rate and encourage participation to boost the morale for effective performance.
3] appreciate the good contributions from the team members as the organization's results are achieved by group efforts and not by the individual.
4] don't be a egoistic and not to practice do what I say, which will spoil the interest of the team members in putting their whole-hearted effort to perform.
5] be a good leader and helpful to your team members to perform the jobs assigned in a effective way and finally be a good team builder and coordinate the various activities from your teams.

1. observe each and every body as how they present -and learn what works for that person and what not works - try to include his + for you 2. turn the page and learn the work - a proverb said by one of my senior when i join - and still it works which ever be the field 3. listen , learn and live up to it 4. enhance ur perseception and presentation all the time irrespective of what is the situation 5. learn from the past , live and apply in the present for your better future 6. accept your mistakes straightly 7. acknowledge each and everybody around you however they are 8.do home work in all the above areas on every minute 9. not to thing what u should not do -instead keep the focus only on what u should do 10. give your best at any situation what else need |

Give some idea about time management and how to prioratise things. Work according to organisational culture and relationship management. no one is friend there.. so be careful while working in the corporate All this topic can be included in the presentation. |

I am working on campus to corporate climate presentation for the freshers who join our organsations just out of collage. I have plans to include email and telephone ettiquite, time management, dress code, team building and few more. Need your inputs too. |

Walk the Talk. Many fresher know how to wear the formals but don’t know what to talk or how to behave with others. In short it’s good to teach etiquettes & they are must. But these etiquettes won’t help to change the behavior with the third person. I noticed this guy on platform. He was wearing some decent formals with good spectacles. When we both entered in the train, he was into a huge fight with the other man & they used every bad word to each other. And he was working with an MNC (I saw his I Card). Good Etiquettes within Society make an impression of Good Employers (especially HR). So it’s equally important to feel & behave like professionals rather than just to look like them. |

Also it is very important that you do not make too much of comparison between the past company and the present one when it is comes to policies and benefits. Because policies/process are established by the company based on company goals. |
