Any organisationwhich works as a Team solves all the problems. In those organisation where there is Managers, work force and others will always face problems.
Since in a Team everybody feels important they try and deliver maximum wheras in other organisation there will be problems always.

The best way to connect with team mates is to recognise one strength at the least, of each one. This person has to be trusted and assigned with related trouble shooting each time the team faces an impasse, no matter how trivial and solvable the problem might appear. It might well appear that there are more than one person with the same strength. This proves that you are too miopic in your approach. Try to recognise the skill sets in that case. Since each person is born unique, you need to discover the unique ness of each. |

1. Figure out the issues underlining the failures in your team.
2. The best part being a leader is to educate the team about the corporate challenge,that is taken as a pressure by some of the employees,trace it & fix it.
3. Always understand that,to work on Individual potential is always fruitful.
4. Delegate authorities to your team.

When U set an example 'others' "follow" , and then U build a Team...One must listen and try to understand what 'drives' each individual, and leverage the "Strengths" of individuals,whilst assisting each one to work on their weaknesses. This is a sure way to success in a Team-Building exercise...Sushil. |

1. identify what needs to be done. 2. DEcide on the skill sets needed for the job in step.1 3. Select team members who possess the skill sets 4. Clearly define their roles and responsibilities. 5. Set up clear transparent team processes. 6. Set up a reward scheme for good performers. Give them the work and see that you are a good trouble shooter for them! As long as you can solve their problems (proactively if possible) they will respect you. |

Team is different from a group. It should have a specific purpose. Team members are knowledgeable. They will have the ability to act on their own. Leader also a member of the team. 1. Team member shall know the purpose of the team 2. Decide on the team members according to the skill set required to perform the assigned job 3. Roles and responsibilities spelled clearly to overcome the ambiguity 4. Communication should be clear and transparent

This again appears to be supportive of my idea to understand the uniqueness in each. Considering the fact that everybody needs more power and growth, these factors to be kept in mind and should not be used negatively against anybody.
The more the growth of the team members, the more grows the leader. So if you are the leader, grow with them.

Understanding each other is necessary to build trust and ensures free flow of information. This helps team building process, without giving room for misunderstanding and conflicts.
