We are in between such a season where the probability of falling sick is maximum. Sometimes it rains, sometimes it is cold and sometimes it is the hot hot sun over head. So what are you doing to stay safe? Share your ideas on staying away from the bad health problems.

It is important to wash your hands, carry your own pen, using handkerchief and covering you mouth when you think it is necessary. Small steps can be of great help through out the season.

yes bindu, your view is good....but in addition to personnel hygiene it is most important to maintain our food & drinking habit according to whether change. " A cup of lime juice everyday, will boost the immunity in our body"

Yes Bindu I agree with your point of view which is practical but my observation is hardly any body does it knowingly.

Most of the infectious illnesses are caused due to the inability of the body to resists such virus attacks. Which means the body immune system is not strong enough. Develop good body immune system through clean & healthy food habits, proper excise, sleep and rest.

thx bindu for inviting to participate. Developing the body immune system is important as we ignore so often to give a helping hand to our own body. All of us buy fruits/vegetables from a local store that comes from all over the world or from different region where the climate could be just the opposite. a fruit grown in newzealant must be having nutrients good enough to protect the climate there which may be too less or too much for us. This could be the bad effect of jet age that we live in today. We consume food stuff from all over the world and in a way confuse our body metabolism. I feel we should be consuming the food that grow in our region at that particular season to enhance our immune system.

Agree Konkan... Not only for children, we should also change our diet as per the climate, use more herbal products and nutritious diet can help us to prevent from all kind of diseases.

It is a fact that regular exercise which gives your body a good workout is the best insurance policy against weather changes,those who have exercised regularly will also recover faster from illnesses relating to the weather,a good exercise would mean not running/walking in an a/c gym,but with a good cardio workout in the outdoors,cheers & regards

All steps taken carefully still you are not sure about health and/or wealth.Entire atmosphere on our planet is full of nano and micro bacteria and virus.They are controlling our life cycle.So do every thing normal.If you try to go away from all these your body will create weak power of immune which is not desirable.Nature has kept all power in reserve.

Go Back to nature with consumption of basic food required for well being. Avoid overdose or unnecessary use of drugs and chemicals. Taste the food and consume slowly.

At this point of time Fever,COLD & then Cough are the main infections to avoid. We should take care of our eating habbits specially in Morning and late evening time....like we should avoid eating cold things (yoghurt,Protien shake, ice creams etc. etc) for some time till our body start responding as per climate change. Developing Immune systems and Doing exercises are long term commitments (which do help in the long run) but specially at this point of time when we are entering into Dry and Cold weather, I think the basic idea should be to take care of what we eat for a short period of time!

T more u have vegetables,Fruits and green leafy foods it more healthy specially avoid having junk food have more of chapati, Oats, Ragi u would be healthy avoid taking more of fat contain foods like Cheese
