If the building is of high worth and the middle class masses can't afford it, then don't advertise on television which is made for the masses. Rather advertise on Newspaper , magazines ( its because when people go higher and higher, they don't have time to watch television), They only read newspapers or magazines..... Best way of marketing : advertise in newspaper and magazines... |

very big construction industry should have Marketing Agents all over the world. They should market indian buildings like IT Parks, High end willows on commission basis.This is the trend in other industries. Also marketing should be done with new concepts like green buildings,Zero enegy homes. If market poential is not identified correctly Constructed projects money is locked. Like DLfs new polycy project should not be started unless it is booked by more than 50 %. |
