Professional needed to select planning scheduling tools

Many constructions companies including PMCs which I have visited use the wrong tool for planning and scheduling. Many others did not know how to use the tool effectively. My study for recommendation based on assessment has been that whoever selected the tool was not a professional in Planning and cost engineering. The reason why I support AACE International for their recommended practices. |

person involved in the job should be aware of WBS and CPM/ PERT. That is all about planning. Please do not plan , which you can not monitor. It is worse than poor planning.
