Corruption may be parth of our 'Teething Trouble'

Looking into history of countries like USA, we see that American environment was infested with corruption and scams. Then there was a huge uprising against it from public along with cluster of political class forming inside the Conservative Republican party protesting corrupt practices and formulating ideas to eradicated corruption from society. The outgoing president appointed the leader of the Hugenots as president and he created environment conducive for sane commerce and eradicated corruptio. This is probably the case with UK, France etc;

So in India we can expect a leader to rise in the next 50 years or so as we progress who will come out with proper solution for running the nation like he might create sructures for the economy like 1)empowerment of citizen, 2)endowment to citizen 3) efficient supervision and hierarchy for citizen and society 4)environement conducive efficient deployment of technology 5)welfare based economic processes in all wolks of human transactions 6) valuble currency policies etz;

So we have to assume that in our metamorphsis to a developed nation we have to face with all sorts of trouble like even corruption, which hopefully will get eradicated in due course of time when economicaly we advance and consciously we become more aware.

Kautilya in his artha sastra states that corruption cannot be eliminated but it can only be minimised. There are two things which make corruption to grow. One is the person power wants to make hay while the sunshines. Second is the person/persons who want to get their work done immediately dangle the carrot in front of the eyes of the person in power till the person in power accepts the carrot as continuous temptation is very difficult to resist.
