I think deployment or organizing Business planning can prove to be a hectic job. It’s advisable that you should start deployment in stages. This means that business houses should start the deployment from one department and if successful should switch on to the other departments. Deploying in stages can save from overheads and chaos.

I feel that one of the major fears that surround the business people who are planning to deploy Business Intelligence is, implementation not fitting best to their expectations. It may be a case that after implementation all the users have access to the same information whether relevant to them or not. To avoid such malfunctioning of the implemented technology, the business houses should hire the professional squad that has expertise in the deployment of this technology. |
