It is actually not guilt factor. In real sense, it is divided responsibilities and concentrations. Women should not feel guilty for this ,a s this may be case with men also. After giving so much ( sometimes even better than men) they have no reason to

Any working woman is not in a position to deliver 100% at least in home front. may be tiredness is one of the reason. If the husband is suppose to cook every day after returning from work divorce would have been the only answer. In case of woman that will not be the answer.

I thing the biggest difficulty in front of a working women is to prioritize her work. Being a mother,by nature, she cannot divert her mind from her kids at any particular point of time and she is always worried about them when she is away from them. Whereas a man can focus on his work without any tensions since most men take it for granted that the mother will take care of their kids. This I suppose is the biggest dilemma a working woman encounters.

I think, the only dilemma for women is the Time Management and Balance malfunction between her Work Place and Home...If she can prioritize these two factors, then surely there is no better thing than this..

She has to manage not only the physical needs of her family - housemaking, etc., but also their feelings and views. She has to do a very, very delicate balancing act so as to not to appear career-oriented to her family and home-oriented to her employer. She also has to manage the egos of her husband, in-laws, relatives and friends without hurting anybody. The husbands of these working women need to change, understand, support and encourge their wives.

In India is agriculture country.Indian women mostly connected with agriculture assistant. So our mentality is converted that woman for assistant not for main or progressive or leader in kind of work.If any forward woman by mistake can create any new thing our society it is not accepted or encouraged by her own relatives and surround atmosphere.Orthodocks are opposition of any new or improvement. That reason make our girls limits her wishes. The field work for woman where chalanging skill needs also can handle with ease but nonesocials are every where and this is great difficulties only for woman.

A WOMAN OFTEN FINDS CONFRONTATIONS EITHER AT HER PARENTS OR HUSBAND'S HOUSE, WHEN IT COMES TO A GOAL WHICH SHE ALWAYS ASPIRED FOR . THERE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN RESTRICTIONS FOR A WOMAN IN A FAMILY WHICH DO NOT LET A WOMAN DO WHAT SHE WANTS TO DO. WHEN HER OWN FAMILY MEMBERS BECOME AN OBSTACLE THEN LIFE FOR A WOMAN REALLY BECOMES INTOLERABLE, I THINK, IT IS COMPLETELY UNJUST WITH A WOMAN AND OFTEN LEAVES A WOMAN IN DILEMMA. |
