Sentencing a person to death is very harsh. Sometimes you need to rethink about decisions like this.

I Also Think he should be given harsh punishment but giving sentenced to death is not a Good Idea, but it can be implemented in extraordinarily situation

It is not practical as it cannot be done as it is the worst punishment of all. There can be sentence for more than 5 years. Moreover our politicans won't let this happen.

CORRUPTION IS A KIND OF GENOCIDE. so a person found guilty of corruption must be hanged till death. Only in this way we can make our country according to the dream of freedom fighters who secrified their life to make India independent and happy. |

Lokpal Will not be passed our Neta's wont let it happen...direct execution of capital punishments required in our country but when rapists .. killers.. Gangsters getting excellent treatment .. it shows our vulnerability...only killers of neta's gets hanged like the one in '84 .. security officer of Indira Gandhi.... we are slaves in our own country... Britishers were better.

see lots of death sentence pending with President. Kasab & Afzal Guru is examples. They are terririst still no penlty for them. One oher thing is that is death penalty useful for strict punishment.
