It takes lots of experimentaion and lot of understanding without which we cannot succeed. There are no direct , true and authentic guides availale and this makes it more difficult. Sometimes even living upto expectations can be difficult because of our representation .. and the bad thing about a brand travels faster than good thing.

It may sound bit harsh on the few of the example I may say. The present mindset is bit of an allrounder kind of situations. Here, you do come across many loopholes in the system, but you are likely to get your desired results irrespective of your output. I still say that IT just do the facilitation process nothing beyond that. It will not give you a business gyan to use the available media. Social marketing is like a kitty party happening at an high end apartment in peddar road or for that matter gitanjali enclave as of now. however, there are some good thing happening with the loopholes thats been a part of it. considering the situation multidimensional thinking is what it requires with respect to the overall traffic and eye ball it demands. one way of putting it across is the way most of the corporate events that are taking place nowadays. You can also co relate the same with some of the expositions that are held in nehru centre or for that matter pragati maidan. since, the lack of multidimensional thinking is observed you are bit handicapped as resource and availability of desired results are more remote, it is more obvious to get more focus on it. with influx of digital studios allover it can substitute considerably in many ways considering the social media marketing.

There are no drawbacks in social media marketing as it is the easiest way of marketing one's business. From client's side this kind of marketing will give his business world wide visibility, and from the marketing division side, they just need to be creative and work is all done sitting at his desk. The only thing is that Social Media Marketing has become so popular today that almost all the companies are marketing their business via web and outsourcing their marketing activities. This has brought a huge challenge for the marketing division in every company. But if you can come up with new ideas, its definitely going to promote the business and bring success to both the business and the marketing team as well.

Thanks Meena...True, advantages of social media marketing outweights its negative effects but its negative effects can have much deeper and longer impact on your brand compared to a negative impact of offline marketing strategy. Here are the specific cases: 1. One wrong social media marketing strategy can have viral social disadvantages (it becomes a chain reaction). 2. More time consuming than usually expected. 3. Slightest carelessness in choosing social media platform (website) or target audience can have very negative impact. 4. Profile of your friends/followers also affect your image In a recent case, the followers of a college on MySpace had less than desirable profile/conversation, which not only affected the brand image of this college but the college also lost few good applicants because these applicants avoided applying in the college due to the profile of the myspace followers of this college. |

Actually the main drawback of social medai is lack of proper awareness. People are using social networking site but stil many people are not aware in detail about what is social media networking, how it is usefule. Today's scenario online users are manily using social media networking for enetertainment purpose. If you will deeply analyse of social media that so many thing are found in last 6 month on social media, like various facilities, services etc. Many things or knowledge we are getting from too step also.
