Morning walk (not jogging ) is an easy way to maintain your fitness for all age group. Keep your mind relaxed, walk for an hour breathing the fresh air can keep u fit. Jogging might damage your joints. relaxed mind and lot of oxygen with warming up of body can keep your temperament cool. hence avoid or reduce hypertension. live healthy.

We tend to imitate others to keep fitness. No two men are alike! Follow "Work while Work, Play while play". We generally tend to complicate ourselves only imagining that if we profitably utilize the time meant for relaxation, eating, etc. we would amass wealth, etc. But, on the contrary, we would only amass unpredictable diseases only.
