If you maintain proper dress code then there will be no problem, but if it is being violated, and if the person is a real asset to the organization even then one can take action against them, but firing them just because they are drawing too much of attention at office is ridiculous... |

Dress code is very important for all companies. But one thing I noticed, the team which is making these rules and monitor the dress code every day, doesn't often follow them. I see this all organization which I worked for..!! One more funny thing I noticed male should not wear round neck t-shirts, does that mean female can wear them..

My opinion is to have proper dress code in offices where both men & women are working. One's dressing sense should not distract others. One may claim as his/her liberty or right, but that should not be a disturbance to others. Hence maintaining a dress code is a must.
Top banks like Citigroup banks always have dress code. Violations attract stringent actions. It is not known whether the employee followed dress code or not. Taking action for looking gorgeous even in the out fit in line with the dress code is not proper. However ,The persons actually present at the spot are better judges. We can have many versions of truth.

Management should make & follow a strict rule like 'No Affair In The Premises '. Anybody who breaks it should face the consequences. Removing somebody who is hot or handsome is not a genuine reason. This is not a justified situation. |

Use her beauty to her advantage, she should be deputed to areas where there is a lot of face to face interaction. I may sound like a MCP but i feel atleast this will help such people in there jobs |

People themselves should be aware on their dressing. It's not clever saying no affairs at office like that, but people themselves should maintain proper dresscode. They should concentrate on their dressings not only at office but in public places too. Your dressing also should make others to calculate you and it measures your respect

As per my openion a drescode must be followed by the employee in the corporate sector.There should be a formal dressing.

The discussion here itself may become 'hot' and 'hotter' .. ! The peer-group might find ways and means if "excess" has taken place be fore such issues go to the Management. Directly, the Management might not come into picture. But, yes, employees might follow "Skin-code along with dress code". Elaboration required ? |

God has gifted the Beauty so it nees to arrest others eye,for the reason to get fired from the Job means the Management nees to revive its Policies of Termination.I had privilidge to be a part of the discussion,even the dress code is designed still the beauty of a beautiful girl cannot be shattered, so the only way out as per my perception is to shoulder her with such responsibility ,that her attention gets focused with the companys work and the task masters has to be focused on the out come of her work to build up assets of the Company. |
