Yes..I agree, being an Hr specialization i always feel i should get an opportunity to try and create new ways to solve case studies and problems now. Thus i would love to do the same when i get into the corporate world tommorrow..If my employer will allow me to try out new ways i would definately be more realistic in my approach and feel good to stay in that organisation.

When people get an opportunity to be creative, then they feel they can contribute in their own way. Thus they feel wanted and this leads to higher satisfaction levels, higher productivity and a happier employee.

Enable the employees to prove thier capabilities as well as maintaining a balance between thier professional as well as personal life. We also give full support to employees to fulfill thier needs as well as thier society needs with full recognition.

Work environment and culture have been changed now. Work schedule is tight because of time bound deliveries. So every one needs some breathing space. Company HR can organize parties and excursions. In house indoor games facility should be good option to ease stress. Bond between company HR and employees should be cool. For the company it is very important to understand their employees because it is directly related to the productivity.
