To a employee looks for a workplace that is conducive for his/her growth. A place where one can learn and teach. Even employers have understood that if they don't build a culture that cherishes friendly atmosphere then they will lose their best players...

So how to build a employee friendly workplace??

To build a culture of harmony and growth employers need to allow their employees to experiment and try new ways to do the same task. Thus this will boost their morale and improve their productivity....

Yes..I agree, being an Hr specialization i always feel i should get an opportunity to try and create new ways to solve case studies and problems now. Thus i would love to do the same when i get into the corporate world tommorrow..If my employer will allow me to try out new ways i would definately be more realistic in my approach and feel good to stay in that organisation.

Work environment and culture have been changed now. Work schedule is tight because of time bound deliveries. So every one needs some breathing space. Company HR can organize parties and excursions. In house indoor games facility should be good option to ease stress. Bond between company HR and employees should be cool. For the company it is very important to understand their employees because it is directly related to the productivity.
