Primavera is a good tool for planning & scheduling. But now a days there are several institute give training on this. These are all worth less.You will find most of the institute keeep there traineer  from Mechanical or from Electrical branches or from civil background those who have never worked in the field ever. So, when a field person ask as per his or her problem related to site  the instructors are most of the time fails to give right answer on that. So,before take admission to an institute we should check these things not to occur in our case also. This is my utmost request to every begineers.

EPM with business process control is not good for Enterprise P M

There is heaven and hel difference between Primavera EPM and a construction projetc mangement. Without any thing on the business processes and its control Primavera can not become construction projetc management toll. under oracle we should primavera tranformation.
