A project manager is responsible for all activities that occur or fail to occur on their project. It is unethical for a project manager if he is not informing clients on any breakdown on projects. |

I remember my tenure in mega residential project where we had 450 laborers in our labor camp delivering various tasks like of building large apartments complex. The hygienic labor huts for dwelling, Toilets complex, Angan wadi for in-house female workers, weekly once medical check up for all by a team of doctors and disbursal of free medicine to concerned were part of our projects budget. These surroundings and care kept the labor turnover to the least and we faced fewer troubles in retaining the labor. So welfare should be given its place of importance while taking other factors in to cognizance for project success. |

One knows self best than any other. Our assets as well as weak points, in relation to a project. Giving priority to the project's success, there are occasions when one discovers self inadequacy and that the responsibility should be deployed or shared with a qualified team member, on a part of the project. Some may call this eventuality, an ethical delegation of authority & responsibility. If someone can do the job better, recognize the fact. |

I agree with Mr.Aditya. Self inadequacy should be discovered and responsibility should be deployed or shared with a qualified team member, on a part of the project.
