There are so many stocks to choose, which one should I choose ??? Its always been a tough job to decide because by choosing the wrong one, I could lose all the money I earned.

On what basis should we evaluate the stock , to reduce the risk of choosing the wrong one.

Company History

Research about the company's history before investing.
During the course of time there will be good time and bad times for the company. If a company have previously survived during the bad times for many years, then it can handle future bad times as well.

He recommends that the stock you are thinking about acquiring should have been around for at least ten years.

Cash Flow

As Cash flow tells about how much profit the company makes per year.If the company has a good cash flow then they're more likely to avoid bankruptcy. And that's great news for you to invest in stocks.

But for some stocks which have a negative cash flow but it's perfectly alright. Eg : banks which give loans for the people and has a negative cash flow.
