Being a pregnant woman is something most treasured by all women and having a baby is the best part of a woman's life. Pregnancy is a time when the woman needs rest as well as ample enough work to keep her body healthy and active.

Not just this when the woman is also doing job there are other factors like pressure and stress which are hard to handel in such times. How to deal with small and big issues during such times..From do's and dont's  to how and where to get help.. Let us discuss it all...

It is important for pregnant working women to not sit for long at their desks. At regular intervals, taking a walk is important for blood circulation in the body, especially for the legs, because during a certain month in pregnancy the feet become swollen.

I will preferably suggest to sit back at home and take rest, what can be more important than the baby's life, why to take risk, to go to office you will travel, (which is the most riskiest thing you will be doing), then at office so many danger's like office cabins, hives, rush, mental stress, and rest everybody knows, so its better to be at home and give complete devotion, care to the baby.

If you decided to go for a baby, then please act wisely & to be @ home is a better option to avoid the pressure situation / conflict. I support views, expressed by Mr. Santosh Jadhav. Very correctly said by him.

Exercises as instructed by Doctors should be followed. In case its neglected stomach will retain the same shape even after delivery. Add Ghee in a higher quantity to all your meals. Fruits, salads are are commonly said by everyone. During pregnancy, many women feel like having tangy foods such as pickles, chats. So just control it for a short time. Calm your mind and mouth. Just catch up with some cool books, novels. Finally jus cheer..... throughout.

practice yoga, keep stress at bay.follow doctors advice to dot. if, financially strong as said sit at home and enjoy motherhood for atleast the child has grown upto 3 years of age and is to school (Nursery)

Avoid commutation through bus, car, taxi etc that, probably gives, jolt to your body and produces heat. This may harm the fetus. Moreover, avoid exposure to radioactive materials exposures such as X-ray filming, investigations(NDT) etc.
