Mutual Trust and shared responsibility, Understanding the Common Goal, Openness to constructive opinion and criticism, Initiative, respect and tolerence to others sentiments and suggestions etc etc . there are many other factors too. Most importantly a Good Team must not exceed 10 in strength. |

I don't find any good reason for team restricted to number of people, unless you fall short of people with management skill. Team size never matters as long as you can manage them and every participant in the team has enthusiasm for his/her work and is disciplined. Communicate more and value their work.

I be a strong virtual team, each team members should play an active role in setting up short term goals and success measurements or they should have an input in goal definitions so that they can take personal ownership of those goals.

As we all know virtual teams are not restricted to particular/specific location, having a large number of members and managing them will be difficult and as a result can be inefficient. So its better to recruit a small number based on the required knowledge and skills for the project

Performance of an individual and team should be aligned with the priorities of the specific project.
Because if a project is given low priority, resources will not be made available and team members will become demotivated when they're unable to achieve goals. |
