Well you are right Rajshekar every manager sees and envisions what the marketing tool should handle.Some manager envision a future where customer relationship marketing tools handle everything from processing leads to fulfilling orders and other the ability to automate routine customer interactions so top sellers can focus on closing big accounts.
Therefore I feel CRM marketing system purchasers should understand where their company fits.|

If they offer best service to me I would prefer to go with them. It is the service matters to go again to the seller. |

I prefer CRM Marketing tool which is simple with simple controls. An advanced CRM marketing tool might t be able to address a company’s core needs but might fail to engage key staff members because its not simple. Entering data in it should be simple and easy and it should be able to integrate with the everyday tools (Outlook) So all CRM marketing system buyers check out the one which is simple. |
