When you enter in corporate as fresher, the most important first step is join corporate culture, involve corporate culture and focus on corporate culture. The other thing which always keep in mind that leaveyour emotions, forget all feelings towards the other collegue/employee, forget personal relation, then you will become professional. initially may be you will have to face many problem but once you will pass & learn, you will definitely enjoy lot..Thanks Ms.Priyanka for creating good ideate..
