If your employees has more information , then its a decentralized culture that you have in your organization, and your employees are empowered. Keeping the hierarchy flat is what will help employees be happy, if not its a centralized environment, where hierarchy is high and your employees like to be told information by their superiors

I think this is an interesting factor, because if your employees are well trained and know the tasks well, then the level of supervision is less and the leadership should be less authoritarian and there should be more of participative management , where the management and employees can pool in their ideas for any decision making

Internal conflicts i think is a major influencing factor in deciding the kind of leadership in your organization as , this requires the management to be aware of the conflicts and resolving them according to their critical nature, there is also need for a hierarchy and assigning tasks to employees explicitly by the bosses.
