people often get frustrated when the desired results are not there to see and when things are not going according to them and things will be falling apart and in a way it also leads to failures, but than cribbing about it all the time, take some time and analyze why it is not working in the first place, there will be few bottlenecks here and there which needs to be straightened out and then you see things will happen, so analysing is what is needed and in a way people are forgetting to that in the first place and are causing damage to themselves.

one does not get the desired results either because of wrong planning or faulty implementation.Make an introspection,identify the reason for failure,set right start achieving and be happy.

Kriti you are absolutely right. One should also follow strees management in addition to be analytical  and find the fault then rectify the same for success.

Self Examination

Self examination is important. First try to understand that is u responsible for frustration or other cause. Try to avoid those things which gives you frustration. The things which is in your hand, you can avoid frustration. Always be engage in good habits, working or anyone interesting things. Empty mind is devils house. Consultation, sharing of problems with close friends, exercise, traveling, yoga, meditation are another tools for it. Don,t think about those things which gives frustration, don.t extra think about future also. Live life very happily. Don,t think about those things which is not in your hand.

I support your argument, Omkar. Sharing is good thing to open up with close friends & collagues. Also if you set your priorities & time line to achieve those priorities, then the chances of frustation will be minimized.

Frustration is a word and notion which is commonly associated with negativity & helplessness coupled with rage. The frustration can also cause health hazards, besides retarding your productivity. It can happen again any time if no solution is thought for that. Nobody likes to undergo this phenomenon of frustration in life. Good points. Many times a person needs to learn how to manage & maintain their anger or frustration. Because many times frustration can lead to stress & anger then things get out of control.

A person needs to learn how to take control of the situation, remain rational , calm ,figure out the causes of the problems then find solutions & if you can’t do it alone the you should seek help. A person can take that time of frustration, make note of it & use it as a learning experience. If you learn from your situation then you can be better in the future.

Bagavat Gita is the best answer to frustration. Why frustrations are emerging... our likes, dislikes, greediness, expectations, and wants are the reasons for frustration when they are not fulfilled. For this no one can scape including me. reading gita gives mental balance and moral courage, teaches how to react to a given situations etc. Without any expectation we have to do our duty and the due result will come. I faced lot of frustrations from professional colleagues in terms of condemnation, non - recognition and inability to do what I loved to do; Sometimes what we want to do may take time and proper conducive atmosphere-environment, so we need to be patient and have faith and trust in our abilities and our dreams, ideas and passion / purpose for our dreams, if they are for common good, it will happen ... When you feel frustrated that means you have not continuously  achieved what you want and you are not able to accept failures.Make amid course correction,do some introspection  you will know where you are vis a vis where you wanted to be.Seek guidance from friends or relatives who are capable of guiding you rightly.Change your routine.Have a change of place for a brief while.It is only short lived. You can regain the lost confidence and be better than what you were earlier.

Frustration showing negative attitude - Why? First find out the primary cause and evaluate whether it can be treated by psychological counseling or need additional external motivation. But providing extrinsic motivation is not the permanent solution...........

Every case of frustration is not a medical case, like adding your email ID at the place of an idea. So, by replacing your email ID in place of the ideas, better add gist of your idea there. Frustration comes from not being able to achieve the desired result. Always perform well and leave the results to God. This is what Krishna told Arjuna in Bhagavadgita. When you are concerned about the results, frustration comes and you will not be able to concentrate on anything. Remember the quote "When we lost sight of our objectives, we redoubled our efforts" Always perform well and concentrate on the next job without worrying about the earlier one. This is what I feel.

There is no point in getting frustrated. Lessons are hard learnt.So no point cribbing, an analysis will definitely expose the problem area. Look for alternatives to better the results next time and move on. Always know one thing not everyone is perfect. Think "ALL IS WELL"

When frustration develop in mind, change the status of mind to other activities where it can,temporarily ,arrest it from going in mind, pending it aside for a while. Group Activities normally, makes one to forget that frustration & turns into creative . So keep yourself among with Groups on such occassion.

It is not always possible for the frustrated person to find out the cause.  Well group activity is no solution as people may create more damage knowingly or unknowingly. We can live few years longer by a bypass surgery on the heart, (avoidance) this not possible with the brain without knowing your failure how can you perform well in the given area or forget. Correct the mistake and move on life is not an examination paper, it is not a slate or white board if you think so others may not. The level of frustration can cause associated issues like depression, mania, schizophrenia are very high. So what’s the way out?

An object that has life has multiple energies the higher life forms have higher accumulation this depends on genetic history environment, some we inherit, some we learn with progress of life as experience, some develop conviction. Human beings have the most sophisticated neural network thru which this energy flow, if this network is able to function optimally to its design you are a magnetic person, if its facing congestion due to internal (alcohol, drugs low protein diet etc.) external ( working condition red head boss, bad marriage, pollution) you are frustrated.

For the way out:

If you are frustrated and have continued for a long period of time you are depressed. So you need medical and or psychological consulting. You have to recover from depression and get fully functional without medicine (anti depressants) as these drugs bring down your IQ EQ socializing capability. There is nothing to feel shy stupid about it, say to yourself “it’s my life I will drive it”. As you have  lost your life driving skills for a while, if you do not have adequate driving skills you may create a big traffic jam on the road, so in life. A continuous learning process; lifelong  as you can’t sleep on your drive wheel while driving so you have to keep going; considering your last breadth as End of Life (EOL).

Deflexion the sun ray analogy is good, as an Idea sounds good. How you would do it with neural networks (Human Brain)

Life is meant to be a song of joy. Whenever we reach a goal, we feel elated; we feel in sync with the song of life. But whenever we are prevented from reaching our goals, we may succumb to frustration. We may feel annoyed and irritable. But since frustration negates happiness, it doesn't make any sense to give in to it.

Frustration comes from doing so many things at a limited time period I mean work pressure. So take up that much things you can manage and make out a plan how to do those work and give your utmost to it then there is no point to frustrate at the end.

Introspection is the right thing one must do in case of failure! Analyze every step of yours that had led to this sorry state of affairs! Learn about "Narrowing Down Gaps" principle. If you think you cannot do about the situation, take a break, shift your focus, and get on to that once again with a different outlook and strategy! Who knows, that will do wonders!
