What we are really lacking in India is the infrastructures which delays the developments. We have to give equal importance for eradication of poverty and make available more free education for the poor. Thus let our country grow. |

AMONG ALL THESE TOP MOST PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO EDUCATION WHICH WILL HELP THE NEXT GENERATIONS TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE,QUALIFY THEMSELVES TO EARN THEIR BREAD BASICALLY,TO MAKE THE COUNTRY MORE SELF RELIANT IN THE DECADES TO COME.
Thanks for the referral Mr.Ravindra Sharma Ji.
My opinion is for infrastructure, eradicating poverty, facilitating education, and efficient power distribution. Today everywhere in our country we are experiencing frequent power cut which affects productivity as well as uncomfortable to all.Further during night time power cut is horrible/unbearable.
Our government should focus on providing the basic infrastructure facilities to all citizens of India. And It should take steps to eradicate poverty and to give education to all children in our country.
Government should invest this money in these three areas because these areas needs more attention.

I will invest in renewable energy projects. :) Today the major problem is power, the available resources are going down day day. And the government should invest in some good renewable projects and help the country to have a sustainable power supply. |

hi sarika
definetly govt if earning so much then they should put into energy.
i completely agree with mr.nithin
Very true Sarika.
But I put another idea here. Renewable energy sources and machines are not feasible due to their limitations of geography, except Solar energy, in context of India only.
I feel we should go for nuclear energy to catter our growing demand.

I would appreciate if our government invests in INFRASTRUCTURE. We should build more International Airports. This will help all the people coming to INDIA. This include the travellers, medical tourists, sports people coming for Common Wealth games. This will also help INDIANS to go abroad for different purposes. INFRASTRUCTURE also includes Roads, Highways, Metros, Energy, Schools, Colleges etc. Also govt should invest in Windmills, our country can make a lot of money in CARBON CREDITS.

Though I agree with Kunal at the same time in large deficiet economy the government is the best judge where and how to spend and with so seasoned finance minister I think we should leave it to them.
infrastructure is a top priority for India at this critical point in time. It will help the country to leapfrog other countries and capitalize on the improvements made over a period of time. Good infrastructure also helps to ensure that the benefits can be shared among all the members....
And of course for poor & deprived,,,for drinking water,,sanitation,,toilets,,,they badly need these...

Energy demand has increased tremendously, and Govt. does not have any solution for this. Our most of the existing hydel plants are inefficient or old means under performing. Thermal power stations are the same case and they are also facing the problem of COAL. Better to take initiatives on NUCLEAR ENERGY - development of nuclear reactors for power generation. Replacement of inefficient distribution system. These are I feel two core initiative to focus, it would be a better utilization of this earning. |

I agree with Nitinji. There is lot of power shortage inthe country which is hampering development , production of industrial, agricultural sectors.

I fear that this fund may not be utilised in a proper way. But there will be plans and allocations in infrastructure and basic needs of poor and downtroden. But ...who knows? Previous experience told that 25 % of the money is gone away with some selected individual's pockets. 35% goes to adjustment in the current budget deficit. Remaining utilised for the deficits araised by Planning Commission. Interpretation costs are high to make up that this fund is utilised properly. Thanks. |

I suggest this money is to be invested/spended for providing the basic service/facilities to the people living in remote areas. If we want to claim that we are advanced and progressive we must up bring the status of the people living in remote areas. This thing will also help in reducing the Maoists activities. If all the places will be reachable and people will be connected with the main stream certainly there will be a fall in the support to the Maoists.

India is already collecting a lot o money. The problem was never what comes in. The problem forever was, is and shall remain, as How and where it gets spent. And since this factor is not even in sight of any one entrusted chances of most of this money finding known routes are the greatest and the experts must be on job.....I am quite certain. |

Dear Friends, Well,we all of us know in advance that what is going to happen of these revenue generated by the action of 3G.We people always provide our idea for our system but end of the day nothing happens accordingly. In fact the body which governs the monetary system of our government their analysis also does not matter for them who are sitting in the system.Ultimately this nation has need of Great Revolution to fight against the odds and unethical leaders who just rules over us although does not deserve.

First Eradication of poverty, Providing free education and quality food to children.Second comes to providing Good water to all sections of people in India always. Next giving Subsidies to Farmers .
Most prioritisation should be given to eliminate Deforestation as much as possible and improve forestationThis is the major concern in Global warming. Now a days Cyclones are comming mainly due to Deforestation.Thousands of crores invested in cultivation becomes useless, unless we plant trees .
After that Removing Slums in all Major cities and towns as much as possible. It will greatly improve better Life standards in the weaker sections of people and mostly reduce crime rate.Crime is comming mainly due to Human needs. If we provide good life standards, Ultimately such crime rate goes down drastically.
Then providing better self employment facilities to weaker sections by providing training and educating them .
Next prioritisation will be given to reduce dependency on petro chemical fuels. We should think of Alternate resources for power generation purposes. We should think of alternatives .So we should spend money on Research and development

Any one can do any activity if he is not hungry.Govt need to use it to reduce the food price(rice,Dal,flour). We know their is a large no. of peoples which is not be able to purchase food for their family.if any one is hungry, they can't do any activity like education, works. thus the most important thing is to invest that unexpected money in reducing the food prise. |

Realistic utilization would be like... 1) Create schemes to: a) woo n lick minorities b) distribute it to so called poor 2) Head these schemes 3) Receive funds on fake names under such setups Thats simple...! Sorry for inconvenience, if any. |

Infrastructure, poverty and education are some issues that is being consistently addressed by the Indian government, but its success is always visibly questionable. But, very recently the world has been able to realize that energy sources are depleting at a pace much much higher than was expected and soon we would be left with nothing and this would be highly unimaginable and would bring the world at a stand still. So, in the name of this frightening awakening, we must work towards the sources of renewable energy so that we can exist with whatever we have instead of struggling for a better infrastructure, education and prosperity. Please note that 50 years was not less time for government to improve the levels of education and poverty. Moreover, there was not much restriction on how much to spend on these primary needs, but still the situation needs no explanation to anyone. Also, due to lack of power or energy resources, we are not able to utilize the already existing infrastructure. In light of these facts, I think , this time mere 70000 crore would not make much difference in eudcation, poverty levels and infrastructure, but if invested wisely and plans being executed properly and sincerely, we may improve the overall situation of the country due to renewable energy resources. Let's do something concrete this time.
